Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent located in Cherry Hill, NJ, with some work from home acceptable. The Commercial Real Estate Agent will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks including identifying and securing new clients, managing property sales and leases, conducting market research, preparing contracts, and providing tenant representation. The role also involves advising clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.

Qualifications

• Real Estate License (or working to get license).
• Experience in Real Estate Brokerage
• Proven skills in Sales and Real Estate transactions
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
• Knowledge of the Cherry Hill, NJ real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
