Job Summary :

The Outpatient Behavioral Health Specialist (OBHS) provides client-centered behavioral health support and interventions to children, adolescents, and / or adults enrolled in our outpatient programs. The OBHS works closely with licensed clinicians, case managers, and families to implement individualized treatment plans that promote mental wellness, daily living skills, and community integration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide individual, group, and family support services under supervision of a licensed clinician.
• Implement and monitor personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Deliver interventions focused on coping skills, behavior modification, emotional regulation, and independent living.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation using our electronic health record system (ICANotes).
• Collaborate with clients' support systems and community partners to ensure continuity of care.
• Attend scheduled team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessions.
• Participate in community outreach and engagement activities, as needed.
