General Dentist Per Diem

Job Summary

A dentist performs the evaluation, diagnosis, prevention and / or treatment (nonsurgical, surgical or related procedures) of diseases, disorders and / or conditions of the oral cavity, maxillofacial area and / or the adjacent and associated structures and their impact on the human body.

Job Duties

• Interviews patients to obtain information such as symptoms, medical histories, and family histories.Performsand / orinterpretsdiagnostic testsas needed.
• Diagnose and design a plan of treatment for injuries and / or illness.May prescribeor administermedications.Prepares, maintains, and reviews records that includepatients'histories, examination findings, treatment plans, or outcomes.
