Job Description

Manage a team of 3-4 architects.
Attend client meetings. Manage budgets, scopes of work, and timelines.
Coordinate with consultants, owners, engineers, and municipal officials.
Run projects from start to finish.
Oversee production of construction documents.
Travel to local sites (national if desired).

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Environment

Brand new office in Hoffman Estates. Team of 15. In office 5 days a week with flexibility for life events. Option to take work home during bad weather. The team started as 2 members six years ago and has grown to 15, licensed in 25 states and able to practice in all 55 US Jurisdictions. There are three studios focusing on commercial, multi-family, and single-family projects. Work on a variety of projects : Amenities, Commercial, Industrial, Medical, Residential, Restaurants.
