• Manufacturing Production Technician II Department :               Operations Reports To :                  Director of Manufacturing / Production Location :                      On-site; Columbia Falls, MT Position Type :              Full Time, Hourly, Non-exempt Job Summary : The Manufacturing Production Technician II plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the manufacturing process.  This position is vital to ensuring that production targets are met and that the final products meet quality standards.  The role involves a blend of technical skills and a keen eye for detail.  Duties / Responsibilities : Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and other work-related documents.
• Performing mechanical and / or electrical assemblies, inspect and test products following written procedures.
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.
• Maintains confidentiality in handling sensitive information or documents.
• Maintains all position certifications up to date as required to remain in compliance.
• Working with other members of the line or group in order to assemble products.
• Completes daily work to meet established schedule with guidance from supervisor on prioritization of tasks.  Ability to rapidly change roles / responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment.
• Sets up and operates a variety of manufacturing equipment following written procedures.
• Solves problems of limited scope and complexity requiring basic interpretation of well-defined procedures and practices.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Ensures compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
