Registered Nurse (RN)

Location : Hillsborough, NJ (3 days / week) with travel to Princeton or Somerset locations (2 days / week)

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM (flexibility to start as early as 7 : 30 AM or stay as late as 5 : 00 PM)

Pay Range : $35.00-$44.00 / hr

Setting : Infectious Disease

About the Role

Working within a busy infectious disease specialty practice providing both specialty and comprehensive primary care. We are deeply committed to patient-centered care and a team-based approach. The RN will partner closely with a physician and an experienced APN to deliver high-quality, coordinated care. We're seeking a compassionate and reliable nurse who values collaboration, communication, and providing exceptional care to every patient.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain, verify, and document patient health histories, vitals, medications, allergies, and lab specimens in EMR.
• Administer medications and injections, execute prescribed treatments, and monitor patient responses.
• Educate patients and families about health maintenance, chronic condition management, and treatment plans.
• Support infection control and safety guidelines; maintain cleanliness of exam rooms and medical equipment.
• Assist with clinical procedures including dressings, venipuncture, and CLIA-waived testing.
• Provide patient education materials and reinforce physician instructions to promote overall wellness.
• Perform additional clinical and environmental duties as assigned.

Requirements

Experience : Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience (clinic experience preferred).

License : Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - New Jersey.
