Surgical Tech

A Surgical Technologist plays a critical role in the operating room, assisting surgeons and the surgical team to ensure the safe and effective care of patients undergoing surgery. This position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to patient safety, and a thorough understanding of surgical procedures and protocols.

Key Competencies & Responsibilities

• Aseptic Technique and Patient Safety :

Maintain impeccable aseptic technique to prevent hospital-acquired infections.

Assist the operating surgeon under direct supervision.

Operate equipment properly, following manufacturer recommendations and OR protocols.

Adhere to all established hospital policies, procedures, and directives.
