The Assistant Team Leader provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire front-end of the store. Responsibilities include associate development, customer service, asset protection, store maintenance, managing payroll budgets, ensuring compliance with store standards and company programs, and leading safety meetings. The role also involves coaching, training, and supervising store associates, performing all team leader functions, and assisting with hiring and onboarding.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 1-2 years of retail experience in a supervisory role, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and strong communication, management, and interpersonal skills. Physical requirements include the ability to lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods, as well as operate a motor vehicle.
