A non-profit 25-bed independent community hospital in an award-winning Northwestern Illinois community (just outside Dubuque, IA) is seeking a BC / BE Internal Medicine physician to join their collegial team of five primary care physicians and two advanced practice providers due to an upcoming retirement :
- 4-day workweek; 8-hour shifts
- Average patient volume of 15 per day allows time for comprehensive care
- Robust specialty support including dedicated emergency medicine physicians, general surgery, orthopedics, podiatry, and more
- Interest in procedures can be supported (not required)
- Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, CME, and 401k
- Competitive compensation up to $350,000
