INPATIENT PHYSICAL THERAPIST - BUR MA; DAYS, Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM. Unit : acute medical-surgical / orthopedic Graduate from certified PT program 2+ years of outpatient OR experience required MA PT and BLS required. BILH Cover Sheet Required Facility is not accepting local candidates. Cannot have worked perm / travel / PRN for any Beth Israel facility within the past six months. Flu vaccine required for new staff starting 9 / 2. Current staff will need to be vaccinated by 12 / 1. (declinations not accepted).
