Practice Models

Independent CRNA model with wide-ranging cases (ortho, spine, GYN, ENT, GI, general surgery). No call / weekends / holidays. 10-hour shifts. Highly supportive team with excellent work-life balance.

Independent practice model. 810 hour shifts. Light call (typically one night / week), one holiday / year. Friendly, communicative surgical and nursing staff.

Medical direction care team model with opportunities for autonomy. Bread-and-butter cases including general surgery, ortho, urology, vascular. No OB or heavy peds. No call, weekends, or holidays.
