HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Technician in the Manufacturing industry in Queens, NY!
Pay : $25 – $35 / hour (depending on experience)
Shift : 1st Shift
Location : Queens, NY

About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support CNC machining operations by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment. This role is hands-on and requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on CNC machines (lathes, mills, grinders) and related automation equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues involving motors, spindles, drives, sensors, and PLCs
- Conduct machine rebuilds, alignments, and calibrations to ensure peak performance
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and manage spare parts inventory
- Coordinate with external service providers as needed
- Partner with production and engineering teams to plan scheduled maintenance and process improvements
- Follow all safety and lockout / tagout (LOTO) procedures and maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Support occasional overtime for urgent or critical repairs
