Job description
A leading genomics company in San Diego is seeking an Associate Director / Director in Scientific Research to lead the Reagent Sciences Department. This role involves oversight of reagent research and development, management of R&D staff, and development of technology roadmaps. The ideal candidate holds a PhD and has substantial management experience in NGS systems. The estimated salary range is $167,200 - $250,800, with additional benefits such as equity and health coverage.
