Product Marketing Manager, Amazon Music

We are looking for a creative analytical and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager to drive listener growth across Amazon Musics tiers of service. You will help build and launch new product marketing initiatives supporting all Amazon Music tiers working cross-functionally across Amazon teams influencing and leading partners to think big invent and simplify and deliver on project roadmaps.

A successful candidate for this role will be an independent creative problem-solver with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing deadlines. You will have exceptional product marketing communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently under time constraints to deliver results.

This individual will partner with teams across Amazon Music including Marketing Product Finance Business Intelligence among others to drive listener and subscriber growth by improving existing and building new customer journeys. This role will influence and execute Product Marketing strategies reporting to stakeholders on progress and upcoming projects and champion best practices across global teams.

Key job responsibilities

Influence and execute product marketing strategies to drive listener and subscriber growth for Amazon Musics tiers globally.

Drive the experimentation roadmap for strategic product marketing initiatives to unlock listener and subscriber growth opportunities.

Lead cross-functional product marketing go-to-market initiatives in support of new product features.

Partner closely with marketing and product teams to influence their roadmaps to optimize for listener and subscriber growth at scale.

Partner with Data Science and Finance to define success metrics establish reporting and communicate initiatives measurement and performance to key stakeholders.

• 4 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
• Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
• High attention to detail across both business and technical domains
• Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
• Experience with A / B testing especially around audience segmentation and targeting
• MBA or Advanced degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98200 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $179600 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and / or other benefits.
