Primary Duties :
Assemble and / or test equipment according to procedures & drawing specifications by reading drawings and following P&IDs, schematics, diagrams and Work Instructions.Assemble various configurations of components to corresponding assembly prints utilizing available tooling, gauging and equipment.Install various components as required, including conduit, flanges, bolted components, tubing, gauges, single and compound assemblies, conduit, flow meters, valves, filters, pumps, regulators, etc.Operate circular and band saws, drill press, pipe threading machines, tube bender, grinders, wrenches including manual and hydraulic powered torque wrenches, and other equipment and tooling as required.Use overhead cranes and other equipment to lift, move, and place parts and components.Thread and assemble threaded pipe.Read calipers, gauges, micrometers & other measuring tools.Perform required testing (hydrostatic, pneumatic, etc.) per work instructions to verify that assembled components meet Oil & Gas Pressure Control quality guidelines.Prepare units for shipment per established work instructions and checklists.Maintain a clean, safe working area and equipment following all applicable safety procedures and equipment careSchedule :
Full Time position10-hour or 8-hour shiftsDay Shift (possible 2nd shift in the future)Monday – FridaySome weekend if required to meet schedule, overtime announced the Wednesday prior.Benefits :

Required Experience :
2+ years' experience as Mechanical Assembler (Preferred)Oil & gas assembly experience (preferred)Experience doing hydro testing to meet pressure control quality guidelines.Ability to use various hand tools (grinders, wrenches, etc.)Attention to detail.Good verbal, written and oral communication.Problem-solving (Yes! We want you to think and share your ideas!)Willingness to be flexible with job duties to meet plant and customer requirements (If you’ve been in this business a while, you know that the customer rules, so sometimes we have to be flexible!)Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, climb steps, lift 50 pounds or push / pull 100 pounds following safety procedures & use a ladder following safety procedures.Drug-free
