As the Head Of Brand And Creative, you'll shape how the world sees and experiences Airtable's brandstewarding and evolving a clear, compelling identity and voice that resonates across every touchpoint. In this senior leadership role, you'll drive strategic positioning while maintaining a high bar for craft, partner closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling brand experiences, and bring operational savvy to scale our multi-channel marketing presence. This role requires a strong product orientation and a passion for experimentation as we evolve our brand in a dynamic landscape. Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience. Our total compensation package also includes the opportunity to receive benefits, restricted stock units, and may include incentive compensation. For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is : $220,000 - $311,600 USD
