• Participate in the planning and coordination of total patient care, and follow the nursing care plan for each patient\n
• Accurately report and record the patient's condition and care, including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change\n
• Prepare clinical / progress notes and summaries\n
• Assist the patient with the activities of daily living while teaching appropriate self-care techniques\n
• Provides and maintains a safe environment for the patient\n
• Follow universal precautions whenever giving any aspect of patient care\n
• Follow emergency procedures in the event of any catastrophic event, incident, e.g., accident, injury or significant change in the patient's condition\n\nQualifications\n
• Current state license as an RN\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills\n
• Valid driver's license\n
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel\n
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment\n
