CNO's HR Intern program is designed to introduce college students to the application of HR and Organizational Development skills in insurance.
As an HR Organizational Development (OD) Intern, your responsibilities will include :
This is a paid internship, at competitive rates of approx. $21-$23 / Hour depending on location. The Memorial Day and 4th of July holidays are paid days off.

The CNO 2026 internship program will run Mid-May through Early August. As an OD Intern you may be asked to start a week earlier to assist CNO with the onset of the rest of the internship program.

For students residing within 60 miles of CNO's Carmel, IN or Chicago corporate office, interns will have access to come into the office. If there are groups of interns near either location, informal lunches may also be arranged. For interns not residing within 60 miles of a CNO corporate office, CNO also offers internships as fully remote / work-from-home from any US based location, as long as you are willing to work central or eastern time zone hours.
