Job description

We are currently hiring for a Nursing Home Administrator

Our incredible team supports and guides one another to ensure our residents receive the best care. This is an excellent opportunity to learn skills to propel you to the next level!

Qualifications

  • Ideally, two years of Nursing Home Experience.
  • Experience with Intermediate Care Facility and Behavioral Health.
  • Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Keep the facility in compliance with all Federal, State, and company regulations and policies.
  • Assist in developing, using, and implementing departmental policies and procedures and professional standards of practice.
  • Hold overall accountability for driving business to successful outcomes both clinically and fiscally.
  • Grow and maintain a solid census.
  • Lead the staff and ensure overall staff retention.
