Project Coordinator

Project & Timeline Management

  • Track and manage all project deadlines and deliverables, including Shop Drawing / Finish Sample approvals and the receipt of Client's Own Material (COM) items.
  • Coordinate project flow between internal departments, overseeing timelines to ensure all phases progress on schedule.
  • Book and track product shipments using various online freight carrier portals.
  • Utilize and adhere to all Project Management (PM) team SOPs to work effectively as an independent contributor once trained.

Client Communication & Support

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the customer and the internal team.
  • Communicate professionally with a diverse client base, including commercial designers, developers, expeditors, and residential end-users.
  • Manage inbound calls and emails from customers, providing timely responses, taking detailed notes, and ensuring accurate information and sufficient support are provided.
  • Provide timely support for prospective customers through the product selection and order placement process.
  • Coordinate with third-party product installers and remote technicians.
  • Administrative & System Management

  • Create and submit quotes for sales orders, replacement parts, and product installations.
  • Successfully navigate online platforms including Shopify, CRM software (Odoo), Google Drives, and freight vendor portals.

  • Required Qualifications

  • Education : High school education or equivalent is required.
  • Teamwork : Capacity to work well as part of a team, take direction, and effectively complete designated tasks.
