Accounting Manager-Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations for properties and projects. This role is critical in managing cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid background in real estate accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee property and project accounting, including cash management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage the audit process and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support financial statement preparation and reporting.
• Supervise and assist with training and work review of team members.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Real estate accounting experience is required; affordable housing experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and compliance standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
