The Wall Street Journal is seeking a dynamic, self-starting audio and video producer to drive a personal finance podcast that we are redeveloping. This isn’t just about sound—it’s about bringing complex money topics to life through compelling, visually rich content. You’ll work with top-tier reporters and industry professionals to break down everything from saving and investing to taxes and financial decisions. We need someone who can not only pitch and produce world-class audio, but also help us redefine what a video podcast can be. The ideal candidate has a strong background in video journalism, podcast production, digital storytelling and development. You’re a creative force with excellent editorial judgment and a passion for finding new ways to connect with an audience. You’ll network across our newsroom to stay on the cutting edge of what our reporters and editors are working on, and you’ll immerse yourself in the news, trends and developments around money and personal finance that will make this show a must-listen and watch. This is a collaborative opportunity to join a growing team that produces impactful, factual and news-driven podcasts across the WSJ newsroom, with a dedicated core listenership and a goal to elevate content and audience engagement.

This position is based in our New York City office and reports into the Supervising Producer, Audio.
