As a Referral Coordinator , you’ll be the engine behind that connection.

This is a remote, flexible 1099 role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, goal oriented, and mission-driven environment.

About the Role :

• This is a part time contracted, hourly position with the option to move full time, where you’ll guide families, lead administrative processes, and help improve care delivery.

You’ll manage family onboarding, provider scheduling, build referral relationships, serving as the first line of support for families looking for Manatee’s services.  What You’ll Do :
