Management Analyst Senior
The City of Richmond Department of Housing & Community Development is seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill the position of Management Analyst Senior.
Work includes establishing new performance measures, as needed; collecting and reviewing subrecipients' quarterly programmatic and leveraging reports, monitoring subrecipients for compliance with Federal and local requirements; preparing performance reports for management to facilitate and execute program / project decision-making. Produces dashboards, including graphics, tables, and other data visualizations, as well as reports. Serves on inter- and intra-departmental committees and task forces, as assigned; performs complex financial and other programmatic data analyses; serves as a department liaison or official representative to senior staff, external agencies, and the public; researching, developing, writing, and editing complex reports and plans; compiling and analyzing statistical data; conducting operational reviews; and preparing reports of findings and recommendations.
