Job descriptionFront office registration duties, including patient check-in / check-out Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors Work within the NextGen documentation system for administrative tasks Support day-to-day operations of the family practice clinic Experience : Minimum of 1 year in a medical assistant role (front office experience preferred) Certifications : BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required Familiarity with NextGen documentation system and Greater Newport Physicians preferred Bilingual skills are a plus Flu vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions accepted) COVID-19 vaccine not required $23.00 / hour Overtime : After 12 hours / day and 60 hours / week
Schedule :
- Shift : Day, 5x8-hour shifts (8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM), Monday through Friday
- Duration : 14 weeks
