As a Busser :
You take pride in providing a clean environment for guests by promptly setting dining room tables, removing plates, glassware, and silverware when guests have completed their meal, as well as quickly and efficiently preparing the table for new guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Set up and clean dining area before beginning shift and clean dining areas after
- Assist service staff with maintaining non-alcoholic beverages for all guests
- Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner including the dining room, server stations, patio, and dish pit.
- Delivers cleaned glassware from the dish area to the appropriate location in the front of the house
- Assist service staff in providing the best guest experience
- Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
Qualifications :
Must be 18 years of ageMust have a Food Handlers certification before employment beginsMust display exceptional customer service and communication skillsPOS (cash register) and credit or debit card processing skillsExcellent verbal communication skillsPunctual and reliable attendance is requiredMust be well-groomed and professionally dressed following uniform standardsMust have attention for detail, and a passion for serving GuestsPositive and professional attitude in every aspect of the positionPhysical requirements : Ability to stand for extended periods of time; capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.; ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions during shifts.Benefits and Perks of the Job :
