Job description

Practice address : 2 Trillium Way, Suite 210 Corbin, KY 40701

32 hours / week. Outpatient and inpatient rounding
4 days per week / 8am-4 : 30pm
Hospital rounding 8am-4 : 30pm on weekdays as needed. Every 9th weekend Saturday and Sunday assist physician
rounding 8am-12pm.
No call or travel
Adult patient's over 18 years of age presenting with cardiology conditions. Common risk factors : high blood pressure, high cholesterol, smoking, obesity, diabetes, sedentary lifestyle and family history of heart disease.
Approximately 16-20 patients a day
Previous cardiology experience preferred but not required
