Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, design, develop, and implement agentic AI applications that assist enterprises in technology deployment
  • Lead an applied research and development team focused on agentic AI blueprints
  • Define success criteria and ensure applications meet quality and robustness standards
  • Collaborate with product teams and external partners to build applicable applications for a wide audience
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship across various teams and projects

    • Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering or system architecture, focusing on Python, C++, or Go Development
  • 3+ years of experience as a leader / manager of a multi-functional team
  • Experience in developing data pipelines, generative AI applications, and machine learning applications with a focus on performance
  • Strong collaboration skills and a history of working with cross-disciplinary teams

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Additional graduate coursework in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative field
  • Demonstrable success in creating end-to-end AI applications with measurable business improvements
  • History of contributing to and building open-source software projects addressing enterprise challenges
  • Success in developing generative AI or agentic AI applications as proof-of-concepts
  • Passion for leading multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
