About the Role
The Collection Specialist is responsible for curating, maintaining, and optimizing a portfolio of standard flavors and seasonings for the EUM. This role ensures each item is validated in relevant application formats, documented with clear performance guidance, and easily accessible for commercial and technical teams. The Collection Specialist will also coordinate validation projects, maintain organized records, and provide training and support to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills
Strong organizational and documentation skills. Project management abilities, including multitasking and attention to detail. Technical knowledge of flavor systems, sensory evaluation, and formulation principles. Familiarity with regulatory and labeling requirements for food ingredients. Proficiency in documentation tools (Excel, SharePoint, PLM systems). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Ability to translate technical data into actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders. Experience delivering training or onboarding materials. Customer-focused, results-driven, and strategic thinker. Demonstrates accountability, collaboration, and self-awareness.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Product Development, or a related field. 25 years of experience in product development, flavor applications, or portfolio management within the food or ingredients industry. Experience working with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Commercial).
The typical hiring range for this role is $91,311 to $149,080 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
