Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze & understand expected po volume for the week / month
• Daily communication with vendors to ensure PO's released based on expected dates
• Coordinate with various members of Supply Chain and / or outside organizations to expedite hot / urgent orders
• Coordinate with departments across supply chain to ensure success of content deliveries
• Maintain PO status database to ensure all recorded elements are up-to-date
• Communicate PO delays with buyers & update internal systems accordingly
• Maintain status changes & update master logs
• Provide weekly PO status reports for assigned PO's to supply chain teams
• Maintain vendor scorecard & communicate vendor on-time ship performance
• Perform administrative duties such as maintaining files & internal databases

Other duties & reporting as assigned by Manager
