Compensation :

Competitive pay based on experience, education and certification $18.00 - $26.00 an hour plus benefits.

We work closely with families to help children reach their full potential and thrive in their early years through natural, play-based learning.

Position Overview :

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Early Intervention Teachers to join our team! In this role, you will work directly with young children in their homes, community and or clinic, using developmentally appropriate, play-based strategies to promote progress in core areas of development. You will partner with families to ensure the child's developmental goals are met through daily activities, routines, and interactions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review developmental assessments to identify delays in areas such as communication, motor skills, cognitive development, and social-emotional growth.
• Implement individualized intervention plans to address developmental goals under the direction of an Early Intervention Supervisor .
• Use play-based techniques to engage children in learning during natural daily activities (e.g., playtime, mealtime, self-care routines).
• Collaborate with families to integrate therapeutic techniques into everyday routines and provide coaching to enhance learning opportunities.
• Foster a professional, positive and supportive relationship with families, providing them with strategies and resources to continue development at home.
• Monitor and track progress and collaborate with supervisor on adjusting interventions as needed to ensure continuous goal growth.
• Maintain accurate records of child progress and communication with families.
