🧭 What You’ll Do

As a Personal Lines Insurance Producer , you’ll build and manage relationships that help clients protect what matters most. You’ll combine your P&C expertise with digital prospecting, social networking, and old-fashioned relationship-building to grow your client base.

Your day-to-day will include :

Generating leads through networking, referrals, and social outreach (hello, LinkedIn 👋)

Advising clients on personalized insurance solutions

Managing the full sales cycle from quote to close

Building long-term client relationships and driving renewals

Tracking progress and celebrating wins — big and small

🧠 What You Bring

Texas Property & Casualty License (required)

1+ years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance Sales

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Driven, organized, and coachable — you thrive in a team setting

Bonus : Texas Life & Health License or Bachelor’s degree
