Major Duties :

• Monitors client wire transactions ensuring smooth transmission from start to finish.
• Interprets account transaction information ensuring accurate processing in a work unit.
• Investigate and resolve exceptions, communicating solutions verbal or written form to appropriate parties.
• Provides technical support for area.
• Communicates with other banks, Federal Reserve, and internal areas to resolve problems and respond to inquiries.
• Verifies foreign trade information with brokers and / or banks.
• Interacts with systems as the primary contact regarding systems problems and changes.
• Responsible for training new staff.
• Makes recommendations to manager on procedure changes.

Language requirement : Spanish speaking - proficient.

Salary Range : $47,035 - 65,895 USD

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
