About The Opportunity

Camp Counselors will contribute to our mission by embracing our mission of "Making Dogs Happy". Camp Bow Wow employees are trusted to maintain a safe and clean environment, proactively manage dog health and behavior, and provide the best customer experience to our Campers and Pet Parents. This position is located at Camp Bow Wow's Westminster location, which is owned and operated by Camp Bow Wow's Corporate Headquarters.

We support internal growth and development for all positions. Employees are eligible for a performance review with potential compensation increase 6 months following their hire date or any future promotion!

Primary Responsibilities

• Care for dogs of all breeds and sizes
• Monitor dogs in play areas, maintain a clean environment and manage dog behavior
• Engage in one-on-one Enrichment services with the Campers. Play fetch, run sniff & seek activities, and snuggle sessions
• Clean and maintain kennel, play and common areas
• Prepare meals, follow preparation procedures and documentation protocols regarding all feedings
• Perform bathing and grooming services including baths, nail trimmings, ear cleanings, etc
• Communicate effectively and work in a team environment
• Maintain a healthy and safe environment for Campers
