• Overseeing the accounts receivable process for government contracts, including generating and issuing invoices, tracking payments, and reconciling discrepancies.
• Leveraging advanced Excel skills, such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP, to analyze accounts receivable data, monitor cash flow, and create detailed financial reports.
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Providing outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving billing issues, and ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.
• Collaborating with the finance team to streamline accounts receivable processes and enhance operational efficiency.
