CT Technologist Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and motivated CT Technologist to join our imaging team. In this essential role, you'll perform high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions. You'll work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment where accuracy, efficiency, and compassionate care are top priorities.
CT Technologist Key Responsibilities :
- Perform CT scans in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols.
 - Accurately position patients and operate CT equipment to obtain diagnostic-quality images.
 - Monitor patient well-being and comfort before, during, and after procedures.
 - Practice ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) radiation safety principles at all times.
 - Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to deliver timely, quality care.
 - Maintain proper documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) and imaging systems.
 - Prepare contrast materials as needed and monitor for any adverse reactions.
 
CT Technologist Qualifications :
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.ARRT certification in Radiography; advanced CT certification preferred or obtained within 12 months.Current state licensure (if required).BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and CT imaging techniques.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to remain calm and focused in urgent or emergent situations.CT Technologist Benefits :
