Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees daily maintenance operations, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and compliance with quality standards. This hands-on leader drives preventive maintenance programs, cost efficiency, and team development to support overall plant performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the maintenance team to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
- Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance across departments.
- Manage maintenance budgets and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and GMP standards.
- Support capital improvement projects and facility upgrades.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance technical and leadership skills.
- Maintain facility compliance with all regulatory and quality requirements.
