Job descriptionStarting MIT : $13$14 / hr + tips ($35 / hr average) Phase 1 Shift Leader : +$1 / hr raise Phase 3 Assistant Manager : +$1 / hr raise General Manager : Competitive salary + bonus opportunities Lead by example and model excellent customer service Execute food prep, service, and operational standards Train, coach, and motivate team members Assist with scheduling, inventory, and store organization Keep the store clean, safe, and welcoming Step into leadership as needed Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and leadership potential Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Motivated to grow and learn new skills Must be 18+ (17+ preferred for closing shifts) 6 months of food service, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
