Position Overview
The Business Unit Director, Pediatric Portfolio, will lead the strategic direction, performance, and growth of Kate Farms' Pediatric Portfolio. This role will oversee brand strategy, commercialization, and cross-functional execution across medical, eCommerce, Amazon, and retail channels. The Director will manage a brand management team driving alignment across marketing, sales, and operations to deliver revenue growth and long-term brand equity.
This leader will be responsible for portfolio strategy, product lifecycle management, omnichannel marketing, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong collaborator, and results-driven leader with deep experience in medical nutrition, consumer health, or wellness brands.

This position will work in a home / office environment with occasional trips to the corporate office or other meeting locations. Requires 20% travel.

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary plus a variable component that together comprise the On-Target-Earnings (OTE).
$164,500 - $186,000 USD
For full-time salaried or hourly workers, our total rewards package also include the option to enroll in a company-matched 401k plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents. Employees will also receive a generous PTO benefit with a starting accrual of 15 days per year (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure), two weeks of paid "Refresh" leave, 80 hours of paid sick leave annually, and 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
