Goodyear is expanding its global Learning & Development team and seeking Instructional Design contractors to support a wide range of initiatives. This is a project-based contract opportunity , ideal for professionals at various stages of their instructional design careers—from emerging talent to seasoned experts.

Responsibilities

• As an Instructional Design Contractor, you will collaborate with Goodyear's Center for Leadership Development and cross-functional teams to design and develop engaging learning experiences for a global audience. Your responsibilities may include :
• Designing and developing instructional materials across modalities (eLearning, instructor-led, blended)
• Building interactive courses using tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise
• Creating job aids, infographics, assessments, and facilitator guides
• Conducting needs analysis and writing learning objectives aligned with business goals
• Supporting localization, translation, and usability testing
• Applying instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom's, Kirkpatrick) and adult learning principles
• Ensuring all deliverables meet brand, compliance, and quality standards
