Program Manager – Transformation & Change Management

Location : Onsite 5 days / week in West Palm Beach, FL

Employment Type : Contract to Hire

About the Role :

We’re hiring a Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and support the launch of a new program office. This role is key to driving cultural change and improving operational effectiveness through structured change management.

Responsibilities :

• Lead large-scale organizational transformation projects.
• Develop and implement change management strategies to support adoption.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Support daily operations of a newly formed program office.
• Create communication plans, presentations, and dashboards to track engagement and performance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00 / hr.
