Job Title : Area Manager

Reports to : Director of Operations

FLSA Status : Exempt

Summary : Main point of contact for multi-unit Goldfish Swim School locations. Oversees the operational development within the schools. Liaison between the management team and the owners. Ensures brand compliance and operation efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Education / Experience : Bachelors degree in business administration, communications or equivalent is required. Two years previous customer service and / or administrative office experience preferred. Three years of management experience required. Previous Goldfish Swim School management or equivalent preferred. High level computer skills required using; Word, Excel, and other software systems.

Certifications and Licenses : Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid and AED certifications preferred. Lifeguard Instructor certification preferred.

Work Environment : While performing this job, the employee is exposed to heat and humidity occasionally. Noise level is usually moderate.
