We are currently seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team at our North Andover manufacturing facility.

Job Summary :
\nThe Machine Operator will set up and operate equipment that converts large rolls of paperboard into sheets and / or coats and laminates rolls of paperboard to film, foil, or other rolls of paperboard. The goal is to manufacture products that meet the highest quality standards while maintaining optimum machine speed.
\n\n
Key Responsibilities :
\n\n \n\t
- Set up and operate machinery for converting and coating paperboard.\n\t
- Ensure product quality meets company standards.\n\t
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary.\n\t
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operation.\n\t
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.\n\t
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.\n
