Manages the processes associated with demand, revenue, forecasting, opportunity analysis, and inventory management. With hotel's leadership, determines and manages hotels sales strategy and pricing for transient, group, and catering. Identifies future market and hotel opportunities and effectively communicates through the organization.

Qualifications
Position Qualifications
Education / Formal Training Four-year degree preferred.
Experience A minimum of two years' experience in hotel front office, group reservations, analyst, reservations, or similar capacity. Independent and Branded operations experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge / Skills + Excellent personal management skills; time management, meeting deadlines, effective communication and presentations skills. + Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel including formulas, sorting and filtering of data, and creating tables. + Ability to understand processes including creation and accountability via audits of systems. + Preferred independent and multi-brand experience (Hyatt, IHG, Hilton and / or Marriott)
