Housekeeper Needed In Chelsea, Manhattan

A single professional living in Chelsea, Manhattan, is seeking a reliable housekeeper to maintain his home. This is also his work environment, so the candidate needs to be able to manage their time well and be respectful when moving around, completing their work, and ensuring noise levels are monitored at certain times.

This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday, with fixed hours of 12pm-3 / 4pm. The property has a 4,000 sq ft interior and 1,000 sq ft exterior.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work independently. This position is to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping
• Ensure bathrooms are kept clean
• Laundry-washing and ironing
• Emptying the trash
• Clean the terrace
• Deep cleaning when required
• Organize and track dry cleaning
• Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and organized
• Ensure the fridge is stocked with fresh ingredients
• Preparing healthy meals that are quick and easy to reheat for dinner, (rice, protein, vegetables, sauce). Preparing green juice for the mornings in large batches.
• Running local errands when needed
