We are seeking compassionate and reliable Non-Medical In-Home Caregivers to provide essential support to clients in their homes. This position involves assisting individuals with daily living activities, companionship, light housekeeping, and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment. No medical certifications are required, but a caring attitude and commitment to client well-being are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as grooming, dressing, bathing, and toileting, as needed.

Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation or loneliness.

Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.

Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dishwashing, and maintaining a tidy environment.

Assist with mobility, transfers, and walking, including the use of assistive devices as necessary.

Remind clients to take medications (no medication administration).

Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social outings if required.

Monitor and report changes in client behavior, mood, or physical condition to family members or supervisors.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous caregiving experience (paid or unpaid) is highly desirable.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if transporting clients).

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.

Ability to follow care plans and maintain confidentiality.

Working Conditions :

Work is performed in the client’s home.

Flexible hours; may include evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on client needs.

Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and assist with mobility.
