Hybrid Employment Counselor

Job Title : Hybrid Employment Counselor / Case Manager.

Location : Sussex and Morris County.

Job Description : Support participants by assessing work readiness, developing plans, and guiding them toward employment and self-sufficiency.

• Conduct intake, assessments, and create Individual Responsibility Plans (IRPs).
• Provide career counseling and refer clients to services / activities that meet requirements.
• Maintain accurate case notes, files, and data entry in AOSOS.
• Track participation, process logs / timesheets, and follow up with clients.
• Collaborate with supervisors, staff, and community agencies.
• Recommend sanctions and attend hearings as needed.
• Represent at meetings / events and support program operations.
