Job Title
Provides support and execution of Wealth Specialty businesses and processes unique to the LOB for Sports and Entertainment Group, primarily provides Financial Management & Bill Pay support to a team of Sports and Entertainment Advisors. Financial Management & Bill Pay support duties may include but are not limited to account reconcilement, balancing, and posting, production of reports, and other account processing activities. Serves as client facing teammate and provides client support and problem resolution via email and telephone for Bill Pay and Financial Management clients. Has authorization to act on client's behalf with client vendors, creditors, and other agencies. Responsible for adherence to all compliance, policy, procedure and quality assurance activities. For International, the role is responsible for the sensitive and specialized moderate to complex functions required for the delivery of wealth management services and solutions to International clients, with a focus on managing risk. Provide support to additional Specialty-specific processes and business functions as needed. This analytical role is responsible for sensitive and specialized moderate to complex functions in the Operations / AML Support team of International Wealth Management (IWM). The functions are tied to a wide range of critical processes such a client onboarding, account maintenance, business continuity, and risk management.

Onboards clients for Bill Pay Services once client service team has opened new client account : including setting up the bill pay account for use with accounting software, setting up electronic statement delivery, establishing online access credentials and creating master checklist of bills and templates for recurring transaction recording in accounting software.
Analyzes and processes documentation for client onboarding, new account opening and client / account changes.
