Job Overview :

The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting both our Human Resources and Operations teams by fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace. This role serves as the connection between team members, leadership, and the HR Team-ensuring smooth daily operations, consistent application of company policies, and strong employee engagement. The HR Coordinator helps build and maintain a culture where every team member feels valued, supported, and aligned with Vivid Impact's core values.

Shift Details

1st Shift : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM.

What You'll Do :

  • Manage temporary workers for short-term projects, including scheduling, time tracking, and addressing conduct issues.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on company policies and benefits, providing accurate and timely information to team members and leaders.
  • Partner with leaders to conduct coaching conversations and guide team members on performance and policy expectations.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, celebrations, and cultural initiatives that strengthen engagement and teamwork.
  • Participate in interviews for full-time team member positions and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to share feedback and hiring recommendations.
  • Host new hire orientations to welcome new team members, review policies and benefits, and collect required documentation.
  • Provide other general HR administrative support and assist with other projects as assigned by the HR Manager.

What We're Looking For :

  • Previous HR, leadership, or management experience required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; enjoys connecting with diverse groups of people.
  • Confidence and professionalism in conducting both positive and corrective conversations.
  • Comfortable working with technology and quick to learn new tools and platforms.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible, adaptable, teachable, and willing to learn or try new things to get the job done.
  • Takes initiative, is a self-starter, and a natural problem-solver.
