Registered Nurse RN

Valley View Village, a Cassia community , is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team! Our community qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) in Iowa after 120 qualifying payments. Position Type :  Full-Time and Part-Time

Shifts Available : Day, Evening, Night

Wage Range :   $37.50+ / hour depending on experience

Registered Nurse responsibilities :

• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow-up action as necessary
• Administers medications and / or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness / response.
• Monitor residents and report any change in their condition.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Monitor performance of CNA staff.
• Use strong interpersonal skills when interacting with others.
